How do I place an order?
Ordering on this store is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the ""ADD TO CART"" button to place it in your Shopping Bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.
Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information. You may also order using PayPal or Bank Transfer.
When will my product be shipped?
We aim to ship orders within 24-48 hours of purchase. However, we are not open on Sunday and Monday - All orders placed from Saturday to Monday will be posted on Tuesday or Wednesday. In some cases it may take longer due to the fact that we may have to order the product in. An email will be sent to the customer if orders get delayed due to stock issues.
My cart empties when I go to the checkout?
Do the bats you sell come with warranty?
All our bats carry a 1 year manufacturer warranty from date of sale, except for clearance or closeout bats which have no warranty unless stated otherwise. Bat warranties are subject to supplier inspection. All warranty bats need to be returned to the store in order for an inspection to take place.
Your website does not have a particular product I am after?
Please send us an email or call us if your after a particular product that is not listed on the website. I am sure our friendly sales staff will be able to either order the product in or guide you.
What is the best way to contact you?
The best method of contact is via email to email@example.com . We will usually reply within 1 business day or call us on 02 9832 7406 Tuesday through to Saturday.
Can I return a particular item and either request a refund of exchange?
As long as the product is in its original packaging and has not be used then you a more than welcome to either return or exchange the product within 14 days. Please note when ordering the incorrect size or product the customer will need to pay for shipping both ways when an exchange is needed.
